I like exercise just as much as the next guy, especially if the next guy likes it in small doses. Just kidding, I think exercise is a good habit to be in, but sometimes it just seems like it is really hard to find the time to have a scheduled regimen. Then, inevitably, the next time you get around to it (best intentions aside) you look like a sissy because you can’t hardly do anything. And no matter how impressed you are with yourself, those five sit-ups are still an embarrassment and anything else you tell yourself is just a lie. So, I am here to tell you that you too can exercise without the embarrassment. Keep in mind that any time you start in an upward direction it is still “up” whether it is an inch or 5 feet. So your sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, etc. just got a lot easier. I just cranked out 200 of them bad boys before writing this, and I’m so awesome I’m not even sore.
And if, like me, you are crunched for time you can combine some of your exercises. For example, if you do pull-ups and squats at the same time just think of how much more exercise you can get in. Give it a shot with other exercises, go ahead be creative.
