Unless you are just now coming in from a 2 week long hiatus from reality and you had absolutely no access to the world at large, then you know about what is going on in Japan. To be hit with a 8.9 earthquake is disastrous, then to get hit with a tsunami immediately afterword is epic, but it doesn’t end there. Japan has been sustaining one disaster after another and they have been doing it with the usual strength and proud demeanor that they apply to everything they do. However they need help. They are known as a country that is quick to come to the aid of other countries when the need calls, and now it is their turn.

ArDuffle has joined a project called Comics for Japan. A movement of Comic creators doing what we can to get the word out about different opportunities that people can utilize to help the disaster relief for Japan and the Japanese people. The strip above has some details, but I have also included links with further details below. Please use one of them and help in any way you can. There are options all the way down as low as $2.00 American. A small price to pay, but a potentially huge difference. There are also options to send much needed supplies. Whatever you can do to help will be appreciated by the people of Japan. Let’s remind the world what makes America great, and lead the way towards aiding in Japans recovery.

http://www.google.com/crisisresponse/japanquake2011.html – This link is for monetary donations. It is a google page made by the Red Cross in Japan. The lowest people can donate is 100 yen which is roughly $2 and change. Every little bit counts.

www.2hj.org – Second Harvest is an organization in Japan where people can ship supplies that will be on the ground DIRECTLY to the people who need them. Take a look at the list of supplies at the link. You might consider gathering up a big box of supplies and having a few friends pitch in for shipping to Japan. They need raw supplies more than money at this time.
