This weekend I had the opportunity to be a part of the Motor City Comic Con 2012, and had a fantastic time. I got the chance to meet a lot of great new friends and see a lot of great old friends again. Those of you who were able to come out I really appreciated meeting you and for those of you who could not make it, I thought about you. While I was there I did a couple of sketches in my personal “fan” book and got them signed by a couple of guys I really like a lot, Sean Patrick Flanery of Boondock Saints and other great movies, and Colin Ferguson “Jack Carter” on the fantastic SyFy show Eureka. A couple of amazing guys, and extremely friendly, both loved my sketches and I though that was pretty cool.
At the end of the final day I had a visit from the lovely and talented Jordan Trovillion of movies such “Setup” with Bruce Willis and many other great movies. She is also the host of the increasingly popular comics news show “Comics Continuum.” I am now kicking myself in the pants for forgetting to ask her for a photo. But I was tired, it had been a long weekend. Still cool having a celebrity come to my table though.
